Members of this small, intimate group of no more than 8 people will develop a better understanding of how they can better balance "Mom Life" and strengthen their self-care practices. A free 20-minute screening is required before joining for new clients to Sage Tree Therapy.

This group is facilitated by Elizabeth Stallone-Lowder MSW, LCSW, an expert in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD), birth and pregnancy trauma as well as Postpartum PTSD. Ms Lowder brings her decades of professional and personal experience with postpartum mental health issues and group therapy in order to help moms get back to feeling themselves again. Your motherhood journey is important and what  you're going through matters!

  • Who is eligible?

    Anyone who identifies as female or a mom.

    Anyone who is currently pregnant or has kiddos of any age.

    Anyone who has experienced symptoms related to postpartum depression and/or anxiety, or even just feeling overwhelmed with balancing motherhood with everything else you need to do.

    What is the time commitment?

    Members commit to the full 10 session group. Group will run for 90 minutes.

    What is the investment?

    Group therapy is $65 per session for a total for ten sessions. Member commits to attend and invest in all sessions.

    What happens if I miss a session?

    Members will be sent any digital worksheets the group completed during the missed session. No refunds or exchanges are provided for missed sessions.

    What if I need to take care of my baby/kiddos?

    We understand that moms are busy! You're welcome to take care of your children as you need to which includes nursing, feeding or holding. We encourage you to arrange for someone else to be the primary caretaker of your child(ren) for the 90 minutes of group in order for you to get the most out of your experience and not distract yourself or others.
