Time for a worksheet and a little art project if you’re feeling up to it! The following is an exercise I learned while training with Brené Brown in Texas studying her Daring Way ™ curriculum.
You will take the values you identified and tease out how to take care of them. What will help you keep in alignment with your values? What are your red flags, ways you’ll know you’re pushing the boundaries of your values or that things feel so tough you may be tempted to ‘put them down’.
